Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit hameau.ch or contact us through it, why we do so, and what rights you have. It applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

This website is operated by Home Partner Development Sàrl, Place du Village 1, 1918 La Tzoumaz, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described below.

For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, write to contact@hameau.ch.

Registered office: Riddes (VS)

UID: CHE-496.984.257

2. Visiting this website

The website is delivered by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc. When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data in log files: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and device type. We use this data only to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix errors (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain. Unless you accept analytics (see section 5), this website sets no cookies and sends no data to analytics providers.

3. Brochure and contact forms

When you request the brochure or write to us, we process the details you enter: name, email address, and, if you provide them, phone number, country, the homes you are interested in, preferred language and your message. We also record the page you submitted the form from and the time of your request.

We use this data to answer your enquiry, send you the brochure, arrange appointments and follow up on your interest in Le Hameau. The legal basis is your request and the steps we take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, given by ticking the privacy box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Brochure requests receive an automatic confirmation email. We do not send newsletters or marketing mailings unless you separately agree to receive them.

To protect the forms from automated abuse they contain a hidden field and limit how often one IP address can submit. We may also use Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives technical data from your browser (including your IP address) to tell people from bots (legitimate interest in securing our forms).

4. Who receives your data

Your data is accessed by our sales team and by the following service providers, who process it on our behalf or as independent providers:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting and delivery of this website.
  • Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) — email: enquiries reach our mailbox and brochure confirmations are sent through it.
  • monday.com Ltd. (Israel) — customer-management software in which your enquiry is stored as a record, so that our team can follow it up. A data processing agreement is in place.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — form spam protection (Turnstile), where enabled.
  • Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — Google Analytics (only if you accept) and map display (only if you click “Load map”).

5. Analytics (Google Analytics)

If you click “Accept” in the banner at the bottom of the page, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Google LLC in the USA), to understand how the website is used: pages viewed, approximate location (country and region), device and browser type, and whether a form was submitted. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) on your device and receives your IP address, which Google Analytics 4 does not store in identifiable form. We have switched off Google signals and ad personalisation.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you click “Decline” or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer; declining deletes the analytics cookies. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

6. Map on the location page

The location page shows a Google map only after you click “Load map”. Until then, no data is sent to Google. Once loaded, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set cookies and analyse your use of the map. The legal basis is your consent, given by clicking the button. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.

7. Transfers abroad

Some of the providers above process data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, in particular in the USA and Israel. Where this happens we rely on an adequacy decision (for example for Israel, or for US companies certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks) or on standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and the contact that follows, and delete it 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep it longer (for example accounting records). Server log files are kept only for the short period set by our hosting provider.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask whether we process your data and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted or its processing restricted;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • withdraw consent at any time.

10. Complaints

To exercise your rights, email contact@hameau.ch. We may ask you to prove your identity first. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch); if you live in the EU/EEA, the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

11. Security and changes

Data sent through this website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to people who need it. We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always published on this page, with its date.
